When we replace a roof, we gave a crew manager that ensures that the necessary material is there, and is being installed on your roof. We will also have a project manager that will be in the area that entire today, and will make sure things like bad or rotted decking are getting replaced, and all of the necessary flashings, and underlayments are being installed correctly. If something is missing from the material that was delivered, our project manager will pick the necessary material up, and bring it to the job site so our crew can still finish in a timely manner. If you have questions or concerns throughout the process, our project manager will leave you his business card at the beginning of the day, and will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
